I am an integrative counsellor working in Farnham Surrey and the surounding area. I offer a safe space for clients to share openly with no agenda and no judgements.
The purpose of counselling is for us to explore your situation together. By beginning to acknowledge and make sense of your thoughts and feeling. It's a therapeutic relationship which encourages you to explore your feelings, with someone who is empathic, impartial and trained to listen.
It may not feel like it right now, but the answers are inside you. Our work together will begin to uncover the answers, which will help you to find the best way, for you to move forward.
Integrative Counselling is a term that simply means my training allows me to draw upon a number of different therapies allowing your counselling to be personally suited to your unique situation.
Some of the therapies I use are Integrative, Person Centered, Psychodynamic, Relational, CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), Mindfulness, Creative Therapy, Gestalt, , TA (Transactional Analysis) and Internal Family Systems.
I am a qualified integrative counsellor working with young people 11-18, individual adults (over 18) and couples. I hold a Diploma in Counselling and a BA (Hons) in Therapeutic Counselling. I am also a qualified Consultative Supervisor and am able to offer individual and group supervision.
I am registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and a registered member of The Association of Christian Counsellors (ACC). I practice in accordance with their Code of Ethics.
